  • Provide year end Operating Statement and Chart of Accounts
  • Create annual detailed working budget
  • Interface with Title and Mortgage companies in providing information for the financing and selling of owner units
  • Principal Broker will oversee entire community
  • Oversee all banking and financial transactions
  • Coordinate all ACC matters as directed by the management committee
  • Establish a capital improvement plan to project upcoming maintenance and replacement

Management/Collections

  • Collection of all Revenues
  • Enforcement of Collection Policy
  • Provide monthly late notices and complete collection services for delinquent owners
  • Compile newsletters from current HOA information
  •  Supervise and coordinate all employee and vendor services of the community

Compliance/Service/Maintenance

  • Enforce CC&R compliance
  • 24-hour emergency services
  • Complete periodic property inspections
  •  Manage service contracts and service work to insure quality work and best prices available
  • Enforce all Rules and Regulations of the community
  • Provide regular inspection of the community
  • Address all call and concerns from homeowners in a timely manner
