- How long have you guys been around and who do you serve?
We’ve been around for more than 35 years and we service the entire Wasatch Front area (Salt Lake, Utah, Davis, Weber counties). Many of our clients have been with us for years and we primarily serve real estate investment groups and developers, along with homeowner associates.
- What types of services do you offer?
We handle HOA (Home Owner Association) management services, commercial property management, and maintenance management. As a full service brokerage firm we offer asset management, leasing, real estate sales, and development services. Our extensive expertise in these areas allows you focus on what matters most.

We pride ourselves in being very responsive and offer 24 hour maintenance support. Our maintenance supervisor and coordinator will ensure your request is handled properly and attended to with the utmost importance.
